How long does shipping take for coffee beans and merchandise?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our roastery.

What is your return policy on roasted coffee?

To ensure the highest quality and safety, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee beans. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 14 days for a resolution.

Can I return apparel or brewing equipment?

Yes, unused apparel and equipment in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring our blends to coffee lovers worldwide in the near future.

How do I ensure my coffee stays fresh?

We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the fridge or freezer, as moisture can compromise the flavor profile of the roast.
